Europe Shipping and VAT and Coupon code example

VAT is now collected for all orders to the EU!  This is great because there won't be any surprise fees for package delivery / tax collection.  The limitation is that the orders need to be below €150.  You can still place orders above €150 but no VAT will be collected at checkout and there will be taxes and fees during delivery.

To help keep orders below €150 there is a new coupon code "EU149".  If you order 3 large gear sets (CAD$99 each) this discount will reduce the pre-tax pre-shipping total to below €150.

The checkout is a bit confusing so here is a picture of an example checkout where the coupon code is applied and the tax is collected:

note that there are lines showing that both the VAT is being included, and that savings are applied.  As long as both of these things are there, you are good to go.

If the line for 'including €X.xx in taxes' is missing this means that the order is over the €150 threshold.  In that case please send me an email at [email protected] and I will sort it out.
